My lovely Carol Smith inspires me in so many ways. She books gigs for our band which keeps me on the move musically and it’s been gratifying to be able to share our music around our part of the world in the western Catskills and upper Delaware River valley. I would otherwise be picking on the front porch and going to bed early. Well now she has pushed the envelope by setting up a collaborative project at the Clearview Winery in Warwick NY. This relatively new winery with a brand new building is owned by Frank and Karen Graessle. They hosted Carol an me as a duo thanks to a referral from singer-songwriter Sara Morr. This beautiful new facility had plenty of empty walls and before I knew it, Carol arranged for me to hang my photographs as a gallery and we’ll be having an opening reception sometime in September, stay tuned. Greater news is Carol will be hanging some of her work shortly thereafter. Photos are on display now.
